My goal will be to stay within my nutrition counts. For me, the "trouble" ones have been calories, fats, and sodium. They're not trouble when I'm paying attention... only when I'm a shameless glutton with designs on wanton bacchanalia. So: for the week of July 13th, I'll keep within my target calories, less than 30% fat, and less than 2000mg sodium each day.

My goals are as follows:
1) No matter how busy I am, I must workout for AT LEAST 30 minutes EVERY DAY THIS WEEK!
2) Incorporate more protein into my diet every single day. I'm a carboholic and I've literally gone four days before realizing I haven't had one bite of protein. Horrible!
3) Back of the cheese!!! I'm going to limit my cheese intake to one serving, every other day.
4) Take supplements daily. I'm horrible about this, but last week I remembered to take them every single day, so I'll continue with this. I can already tell a difference in my energy level, my skin, and my hair!

This Weeks Goals: I'm going to slack a bit this week, since it's my birthday Friday. (YAHOO!)
- WO at least 2 times this week. (I'll aim for three, but with the parties that are going to ensue, it's probably going to be a bit difficult)
- Eat yogurt, granola and fruit for breakfast.
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day. (This one is going to be the most difficult!)
Love this new goal page! Good idea! We could also post how well we did with our goals.

This is a little tough for me. I'm going headed to Chicago this week, where I plan to enjoy the local cuisine...but on my list are mostly vegetarian spots, so that should help.
My goals:
No soda ALL week. Lots of water and lots of walking while in Chicago. Minimize the sweets this coming weekend. (It's Summer Celebration: Black Expo this weekend here and my job will be swarmed with teenagers who will grate my nerves, chocolate is usually my vice to calm down and not hurt them.)
Wish me luck.

Hi All. I'm excited about starting this again because I've been such a slacker these days. My back went out and now that it's getting better, I'm going to try to get back on the wagon. My Goals: 1. No soda (I like that one plus the sparkling water is yummy and no calories) 2. I'm going to attempt to drink at least five to eight glasses of fluid a day because I seriously have a problem with that. I'm also hoping it'll fill me up and make me less ravenous. 3. Ease off the carbs a bit...especially CHEESE which is my particular weakness. 4. Do my tapes daily or 50 go-rounds in the pool.
Good luck!!
