I've always been fasinated with how our bodies digest food. People that eat TONS of food are thin, where as people that eat just a bit are over weight. It seems like overweight people like to drink diet coke. Is this because they want to lose weight so they started to drink diet coke? Or does diet coke actually no help anyone lose weight? Last year a blogger did a 30 day run on going completely raw. He wouldn't eat anything that wasn't raw. After his experiment, he ate more calories each day that he EVER had before and he LOST weight. Here is his story. www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2007/12/30-days-raw/Maybe I should try to go "Raw"? .... Nah, but maybe I will try 50% raw.

I've read that diet sodas can cause all sorts of damage to your bones AND that in the long run, they make you gain more weight because your body starts thinking it can eat more than it actually can.
Me not know.
