Yummy fruit! Being a flexitrian (A vegetarian that eats seafood), I LOVE fruit! I think of it like Nature's Candy.
This week it's been watermelon, which is my FAVORITE! It's juicy, sweet and good for you! I cut it up, stash it in the fridge and whenever I'm craving sweets or I'm too lazy to make dinner, I much on some yummy watermelon chunks.

You know what's delicious? Watermelon lemonade. Freeze a couple of cubes of watermelon, then throw them in a blender with some lemonade crystal light. So f'ing good.

YUMMY. I'll have to try that Catherinette. If I can control myself enough, to wait for the watermelon to freeze. When I start having cravings, I try to eat a small apple. I tell myself if I'm still hungry after I eat the apple, I can have something else. I usually don't end up eating anything after wards.

Ugh, I'm so sick of apples - unless they're smothered in peanut butter.
I usually eat a Fiber One bar and that will usually do the trick until my next meal.

Apples are also good for energy. I've read that an apple in the morning is better for fast and long lasting energy than a cup of coffee (or 3).
I feel you about getting sick of eating the same fruit over and over again though so I try to switch it up and get oranges, grapes and apples. When they're on sale I splurge on strawberries.
I'm also a big fan of the Fiber One bars too though. Especially the chocolate one.
Something else I do - or did until my boyfriend moved in lol - he's a chocolate addict - was buy a bag of those little Dove dark chocolates. A serving size is I think 3 or 4 pieces and they're so good and rich that I usually can only eat 2. Plus dark chocolate has been proven to have health benefits too so it's a win win!
