Call us a muffin top be gone cyber support group. We email each other, chat via message board and have the occasional phone call. When any of us feels like not working out...the group encourages us to get our lazy Booties up and work out!
Our creed
When any of us is tempted by the free office donuts… the rest of us offer encouragement to not eat the fat soaked dough.
We all offer advice, encouragement, and lots of Laughs!
So come to the dark side...of the muffin… and join Operation Muffin Top!
Step one: Introduce yourself at our intro page. (Please make a new thread, so members can chat with you)
Step two: Send an email to catherinette.singleton@gmail.com saying why you want to be a part of OMT and if you want to receive all our emails, or just the motivational messages.
Step three: Start reading and commenting on our message board.
Step Four: Start getting rid of your muffin top!
