My plan is to let that beast from the Biggest Loser kick my ass 6 days a week.

People I'm serious. If you have Comcast and OnDemand check out this program. It's on OnDemand for FREE. There are 3 different workouts and you alternate them so your body never gets used to doing the same thing.

She combines cardio, strength training and an ab workout that kills and by the end if you're not drowning in your own sweat and begging for your momma then I'll kiss your feet.

Ok I won't really but I am serious. It is a KILLER workout and she's so damn 'Oh come on, suck it up, you can do it' that when you think you can't go another second you're so irritated at her that pure anger and spite gets you through the rest of the work out.

My boyfriend and I do it together and he's only got about 10lbs to lose and he even has a hard time getting through it.

I highly recommend this workout. It is hard as fark, but worth it. I swear like a trucker at the television the entire time I'm doing it....

I'm with Kiki. But the swearing stops pretty quickly and is replaced by tears because she's an ass kicker.

I'll have to try that. I'm a big fan of swearing at the TV. It's one reason why I like watching football.

Currently my fitness plan is the Gym and Mountain Biking. Both of them tend to Kick my ass!

Ok, So am I the only wussy here that does the Leslie Sansone walking videos? I'm not sure if I could stand Jillian's although I LOVE the results from "The Biggest Loser". Those people are amazing and so inspiring. I mean, did you see that old guy??? He was younger than me!!!!I suppose if I went on there and she beat me into submission, I'd come out looking ok too (If I didn't DIE!!!)..I mean, they workout ALL DAY and their food is all set up for them. That's it, sign me up for the damn show!!! I want to look like them!
Nev. mind, I'd be labeled the oldest lady ever on the show and would probably be the one who falls off the treadmill in a dead faint. Maybe I'd even make the Enquirer! It wouldn't be pretty. *sigh*
I'll just keep with Leslie but what channel did you say that Beotch is on again???
